Testing Services Available:

Canine/Feline Specific Allergy Test Screens: 70 common allergens - $88.00
Commercial Dog Food Test Screens: 12 commonly available commercial dog foods - $48.00
Malassezia Dermatitis Test: a common pathogenic yeast found on the skin of 50% of all dogs - $10.00

Simply fill out the bottom portion of the patient report form, enclose it in the pre-paid self addressed bubble mailer with 2.5ml of dog or cat serum or plasma separated from red cells and give it to your UPS driver or call for a pick up. Upon receipt we will perform the tests requested and fax and/or mail you back the results.
